Life Drawings

These drawings were done inspired by movement, colour and shape. Our life model would sit in one position for ages so we could really study the lines and shapes of her body or she would hold a position for ten seconds and we would do a quick sketch of that position trying to get in the right lines that she was holding.

It was a really good exercise to do because it puts you outside your comfort zone and forces you to look at what you're drawing in a different way.
